Fasterer, betterer, cheaperer

Dismantled my old laptop today to convert it into a media player with SSD. When i opened it, I saw this hard disk (which is still working BTW).
We've come a long way... I saw that there's 2TB harddisks on sale now at Funan the other day.
It made me think how harddisk technology has made them faster and better whilst prices keep falling (1T HD now sells for less than $100).
Can man keep up with such change?

Shooting into the Sun

Thanks to the gracious action of our considerate neighbours, I've been given the chance to shoot directly at the sun without spoiling my camera's sensor.
