Thoughts on procrastination

Just picked up a book at the library over the weekend - about procrastination.

I'm been "thinking" of reading up stuff on this but I've been - procrastinating.

Interesting book - especially on the first chapter - the roots and reasons of procrastination.

The author mentions about one reason for procrastination is the fear of discovering your own limits. That means that through procrastination, you're able to say "I can do it, it's just that I don't want to do it, that's all.". But in actual fact, you might not have been able to do it at all, it's the fear of discovering that you can't that encourages procrastination.
